Job Description

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.Handle client inquiries and complaints effectively.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service delivery.Oversee the delivery of VAS products and services to clients.Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Manage the day-to-day operations of the VAS team.Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.Oversee the development, implementation, and management of VAS products.Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into operations.
