US Telecom Customer Support (Chat & Voice) iEnergizer | Noida, Sec-60

Company:

US Telecom Customer Support – Blended Process (70% Chat & 30% Voice)

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and complaints via inbound calls and chat support.
Provide accurate and timely solutions ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain quality and performance standards as per process requirements.
Manage customer interactions professionally in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Required Candidate Profile

Education:
Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream).
Experience:
Minimum 6 months of international BPO experience (voice or blended).
Skills:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
Flexibility:
Comfortable with rotational shifts and week offs.
Work Mode:
Work from Office (Noida, Sector-60).
