Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Client data management:

    Update and maintain the CRM system with all client information and track client interactions.
  • Documentation and paperwork:

    Handle all post-booking paperwork, including the Buyer's Agreement, payment receipts, demand letters, and possession letters.
  • Client communication:

    Conduct welcome calls and emails, answer client queries via phone and email, and follow up on outstanding documents.
  • Post-sales support:

    Manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns related to documentation and possession processes.
  • Coordination:

    Work closely with sales and other departments to ensure a seamless handover from sales to after-sales.
  • Reporting:

    Prepare regular reports on sales activities and client feedback for management.
  • Process improvement:

    Assist in developing and executing strategies to improve customer loyalty and retention.
  • Payment tracking:

    Ensure timely payment receipts and follow up with clients on payment schedules and reminders.
