Job Description

Role & responsibilities Detail drawings distribute to contractor and highlight the queries. Daily or weekly basis meetings with contractors for feedback and progress of projects. Billing cross checking and handling billing process. Troubleshoot Ensure proper inventory management as per project requirement. Ensure effective housekeeping and storage of incoming materials Prepare reconciliation statement of materials on monthly basis Ensure joint measurement with the contractor is done and provided to site billing engineer along with necessary supporting documents and quality reports. Control construction activity at the site for the scope defined Control quality standards as per quality manual Ensure Project Execution as per the design, drawings and specifications and time schedules . Prepare weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports and ensure timely submission to the Planning Team Attend all meetings on sites. Give inputs to the Planning Team for tracking and updating project schedules Direct Engineers to take photographs at regular intervals (for records) Rectify the snags identified by RNA or the client Required documents collection and given to Liaisoning CRM, Sales team assisting.
