Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise execution of real estate construction projects
Prepare, review and monitor project schedules, timelines, DPRs & WPRs
Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, contractors and site teams
Ensure site execution as per BOQ, drawings, specifications & quality standards
Manage manpower, materials, discipline and safety compliance
Approve subcontractor bills, work orders & client billing requirements
Monitor budgets, cost control and financial targets
Update management on milestones, risks & progress
Ensure full compliance with RERA standards.

Key Skills:

Expertise in civil engineering, planning, BOQ & project execution
Strong leadership & team management skills
Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project.

Qualification

B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Important Note:All candidates must have mandatory Real Estate industry experience only.
