Experience Required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting for multiple real estate projects.
  • Handle vendor invoices, contractor bills, material bills & site expense reconciliation.
  • Prepare & file GST, TDS, challans, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Maintain general ledger, books of accounts, journal entries & BRS.
  • Project costing, budget monitoring and profitability analysis.
  • Prepare MIS, P&L, balance sheet and financial statements.
  • Coordinate with auditors, vendors & banks for finalization and compliance.
  • Ensure accounting accuracy in line with RERA norms.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong real estate accounting experience is mandatory.
  • Expertise in GST, TDS, project costing & compliance.
  • Excellent command over Tally ERP & MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Qualification

  • CA Qualified
