Job Description

CA with 5-10 +years of Post Qualification experience, which should include, at least 2 years of recent exposure from the real estate entities.
Preparation and timely closure of Quarterly & Annual Financials of listed entity i.e., Holding company and its subsidiaries
Compliance with set accounting and reporting standards including IND - AS as well as internal control systems IFC & RCM.
Following SOP, guidelines, and procedures relating to financial controls, expenses and other general accounting within regulatory Framework.
Monitoring day to day accounting activities including accounts payable function & ensuring all vendor bills/ invoices are cleared as per defined timelines
Computations of Advance Tax Self-Assessment Tax and filing of Income Tax Returns & Assessments.
Familiar with GST norms applicable to Real estate , Filing of Returns & Assessments.
MIS requirements from the Managements & preparation of Cashflow.
Coordination with external Agencies viz Statutory Auditors & attending to Internal Audit queries.
Coordination with Consultants & GST / Income Tax Authorities wherever necessary.
