Project Manager - Civil

As a Project Manager - Civil at Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad, your primary responsibilities will include: - Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring assigned engineering projects. - Formulating project parameters, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring the project team. - Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs, and representing them in the field. - Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance. - Cooperating with project manager and team, collaborating with senior engineers for efficient project methods. - Reviewing engineering tasks and initiating corrective actions. - Developing equipment specifications. - Creating frameworks for project metrics and data collection. - Establishing field test methods and quality monitoring procedures. - Ensuring project compliance with codes, practices, policies, and specifications. Desired Qualifications for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering or related field. - Excellent computer literacy and design software knowledge. - Ability to work on multiple discipline projects. - Strong project management, supervision, organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices.
