Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, and feasibility; develop initial plans and budgets.
Budget & Finance: Create and manage project budgets, track costs, approve invoices, and forecast financial needs.
Scheduling: Develop detailed project timelines, set milestones, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Resource Management: Allocate labor, materials, and equipment; coordinate subcontractors and site personnel.
Quality Control: Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and complies with design specifications and building codes.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks (safety, financial, technical) and implement mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and government agencies, providing regular updates and reports.
Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and enforce safety protocols.
Documentation: Prepare reports, maintain project records, and manage contracts.

Requirements :

Minimum 8 + Years of Experienced in Construction
Batchelors of Civil Engineering or Related field Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
