Roles and Responsibilities QS & Planning:Analyze BOQ and GFC (Good for Construction) drawing approved by client.Project planning, resource planning, preparation of project monitoring manuals, bar charts, pert charts progress reports.Preparing & Evaluation of budget planning & management.Estimating the quantities from approved drawings including cost analysiswith respect to standard data (Rate Analysis).Work closely with project head & finance department to ensure forecast & risk management.Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly work reports.Maintain the comparison statement with BOQ to On-site measurements.Maintaining & preparing correspondence documentation (For Clients, Office&Vendors).Assist in commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team.Maintaining Quality Reports for the client and as well as our reference.Billing: Preparing & Issuing of Work Orders and Price Escalation.
