Project Manager Civil/Finishes

Qualifications and Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.

Familiarity with relevant local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively.

Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of successfully

leading and motivating a diverse team.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.

Proficient in relevant software applications and project management tools.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Lead and manage the civil engineering team, including engineers,

technicians, and contractors, to ensure successful execution of construction projects.

Develop and implement project schedules, allocate resources, and

monitor progress to ensure projects are completed within the specified timeframe and budget.

Conduct regular site inspections to assess construction progress, identify and resolve any technical issues or discrepancies, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Have experience in client handling and possessions.

• Must have work done as finishes manager, interior manager, finishes head, fit out head
• Should have excellent knowledge of structure/ finishing work
• Minimum two project handed over
• Timely Delivery
• Planning and coordinating in finishing process
• Monitoring and Reporting on the progress of the finishing
• Planning for day to day activities with respect to schedule

Quality Super vision, Civil structure, super vision, fit out management, labor management

site management, possession management hand over to client.
