Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the institutional project from initiation to completion on behalf of the PMC.
• Lead overall project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring and closure.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site reviews, progress meetings and issue resolution.
• Review and approve designs, drawings, BOQs, and technical submissions.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare and present progress reports, MIS, documentation and communication updates.
• Ensure effective risk management, change management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive team leadership, mentor site staff, and ensure high productivity.

Skills Required:

• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Excellent leadership and team-handling capabilities.
• Good understanding of institutional building standards, construction processes, contracts and PMC procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project / Primavera, and project documentation.
