We are seeking a conceptually strong and dynamic individual to join our company as Manager / Sr. Manager Human Resources. Will play a pivotal role in strategic HR initiatives encompassing all verticals of HR. Should be well exposed to HR best practices in Tier I organizations and be equally adept in quantitative aptitude and humanities. Location : Kolkata Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager, Human Resources Job Summary: The position is responsible for adding value to all verticals under the HR function - HR Business Partnering, Recruitment, and HR Operations. Will play a key role in shaping strategic HR initiatives critical to support the ambitious growth plans of the organization. Key Responsibilities: HR Business Partnering (HRBP): Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals specific to the BPO industry. Strong conceptual muscle to shoulder key projects pertaining to performance management, succession planning, GPTW etc. Play a value-added role in ongoing HRBP activities with special emphasis on employee engagement and retention. Re-engineer existing practices if required for process efficiency and effectiveness. Recruitment: Hands-on experience in leadership hiring - having the ability to augment the Talent Acquisition Team, for niche hiring requirements. Good network in the BPO industry to attract talent. Play a value-added role in regular recruitment drives for Operations. Key stakeholder management for successful accomplishment of all the above. HR Operations: Ensure that all employee life cycle HR processes are deployed using HRIS software. Pro-actively ensure that employee data in the system is fully accurate at any given point of time and stands the test of reliability & validity. Conversant with insightful reporting dashboards useful in showcasing HR efforts and their alignment to strategic objectives in an impactful way. Owns the data presentation in all Management Reviews on behalf of the HR team. Play a value-added role in day-to-day HR Operations through continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency & effectiveness. Qualifications: MBA with specialization in HR from a premier institute. 10 -15 years experience in HR, spanning all verticals of HR in a BPO environment, preferably international BPO. Strong in HR concepts including legal acumen with reference to Labour Laws. Strong in quantitative aptitude and data analysis on Excel. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Should be a self-starter, high on initiative and drive. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
