Job Description: IT Project Manager with Program Management, Business Analyst, and Agile Experience Position Title: IT Project Manager Location: Remote Department: Information Technology Reports To: Chief Technology Officer Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a versatile and highly experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in Program Management, Business Analysis, and both Agile and Traditional Project Management. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of project management, program oversight, and business analysis skills, enabling them to manage complex IT initiatives from strategic planning through to execution. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously, analyze business needs, and deliver innovative technology solutions that align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Project and Program Management: Lead and manage multiple IT projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop and implement comprehensive project and program plans, including objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Coordinate across teams and departments to ensure seamless project and program execution, aligning with overall business objectives. Monitor and report on the progress of projects and programs, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. Business Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT projects. Translate business needs into technical specifications and project deliverables. Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis to determine the best solutions to meet business objectives. Collaborate with development teams to ensure that solutions are aligned with business requirements and industry best practices. Stakeholder and Resource Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for project and program stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and external vendors. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for project and program goals. Manage and allocate resources efficiently across multiple projects and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and performance. Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality outcomes. Risk and Quality Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on projects and programs. Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations and best practices. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Perform post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve future project and program performance. Strategic Planning and Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development of IT strategies and roadmaps, aligning projects and programs with the organizations long-term goals. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project and program management processes, tools, and methodologies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT project management, program management, and business analysis. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with significant experience in program management and business analysis. PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), or CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification preferred. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and systems integration. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Expertise in project and program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and business analysis techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as business analysis tools.
