We are seeking an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for BPO roles and a deep understanding of the BPO/BPM ecosystem Job Position Title: Talent Acquisition -Non-IT Recruiter - Associate/Senior Associate - / /Kolkata/ Gurguram . Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified voice Internation Process professionals. Identify, source, and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, team dynamics, and project needs. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, effectively identify and attract top talent. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Mandatory skill sets: Proven track record of successfully filling Non IT positions, including Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
