Hiring For The IT Manager-Infrastructure & compliance

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing IT infrastructure, operations, compliance, and security across multiple plants/clusters from a central location. The role demands strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to solve day-to-day IT issues while ensuring compliance, security, and uptime of systems.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Operations Management

• Ensure smooth IT operations across plants, including servers, networks, applications, and security systems.
• Monitor and support plant IT infra remotely, ensuring business continuity and uptime.
• Lead upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting for enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Manage end-user support for applications like ERP, LIMS, DMS, and other business systems.

Project & Change Management

• Define scope, goals, and deliverables for infra/application projects (network rollout, ERP, migrations).
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines, and ensure execution.
• Drive infrastructure change management with minimal disruption to plant operations.
  

IT Compliance & Security

• Ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and ISO 27001 standards.
• Implement and monitor IT policies, SOPs, and QMS activities (Change Control, CAPA, Deviations).
• Ensure data integrity, backup, disaster recovery, and cyber-security controls.
  

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for IT between cluster plants and corporate leadership.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and resolutions with senior stakeholders.
• Manage vendors, service providers, and contracts to ensure SLA adherence and cost optimization.
  

Team & Leadership

• Lead IT staff (onsite and remote), delegate responsibilities, and provide technical/functional guidance.
• Mentor teams to follow ITIL best practices, compliance protocols, and incident resolution.
• Build cross-functional collaboration between IT, QA, production, and corporate functions.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant IT infrastructure, operations, and compliance experience, preferably in

  pharma or manufacturing

  .
• Strong knowledge of servers, networks, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), cloud (Azure/AWS), storage, and security.
• Proven experience with CSV, GxP, ITIL, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on exposure to enterprise systems: ERP, LIMS, DMS, SCADA, PLC, Track & Trace.
• Project management skills (Agile/Waterfall, PMP/Prince2 preferred).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
