Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 1yr and above experience in a technical customer support role is mandatory
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Should be flexible for night shifts
  • Should be flexible for rotational week-offs
  • 5 days working in a week and 2 days week off
  • Should be an immediate joiner
  • Free transport provided for both pick and drop(*25 km radius)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to global customers via phone, and email focusing on complex and escalated issues.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to applications.
  • Document all steps and resolutions accurately in the CRM system to build the knowledge base and ensure consistency.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure technical issues are fully resolved and customer satisfaction is achieved.
