Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across tech, product, operations, and business functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, build role-specific strategies, and close critical positions.
  • Source and engage top talent through multiple channels while building a strong talent pipeline.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience and strengthen employer brand.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, offer-to-join, cost-per-hire) to drive process improvements.
  • Support volume and strategic hiring to meet scale-up and expansion needs in e-commerce and supply chain.
