About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead and drive end-to-end recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in sourcing and attracting top talent, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring a seamless hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across functions.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
Source high-quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, headhunting, and competition mapping.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates through telephonic and in-person discussions.
Brief candidates on the role, organization, and growth opportunities.
Drive interview coordination, feedback management, and timely closures.
Lead offer negotiations, pre-offer formalities, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to improving recruitment processes.

Skills & Experience Required

3+ years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Expertise in hiring for both niche and bulk requirements.
Strong experience in sourcing strategies, including headhunting and networking.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with quick turnaround times.
Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
