We at Yusen logistics (I) are looking for Executive are looking out for Sr. Executive/ Assistant manager role - (Andheri East)

Desired candidate profile :

• To create the good rapport with the customer and to serve better plan 4 joint sales call for a month.
• To procure the better rates as well as to get the market information reg. new service plan the carrier /co loader visit every month.
• Increasing the branch profit by getting the new biz. from the nomination customers as well as negotiating better freight with the carrier as well as sharp rates with the CFS, transporter and other vendors.
• Build good relationship with the carriers and try to covert the inquiries into the biz.
• Conduct meeting on regular basis and inform the team about the new product and arrange for the training if they require.
• Checking whether the AFR/ACD has get filed without delay, Pre alert docs posted in time and arrange the reports as per the management instruction.
• Managing documentation (AMS/ISF/ENS filing, manifest, BL release etc.) of sea export within time limit as per WOP/procedure (KPI Summary Report/Departmental KPI Report).
• Achievement of General operational KPI's.
• Control on avoidable errors by 80% (KPI Summary Report/Departmental KPI Report).
• Smooth and error free operation of Yunas and maintain GDS KPI for sea export. (Departmental KPI Report).
• To follow 100% operational compliance whilst executing the operational jobs (All agreements and SOP's -Index) Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager Ocean Freight Operations.
• Managing and optimizing ocean freight trade services, products, and operations for inbound and outbound transportation and ensuring pricing and contractual terms result in solid profit margins; leveraging carrier relationships to drive performance and service improvements. Pivotal in conducting market and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and rate levels, gathering market information and forwarding it to product managers and utilizing data analysis skills to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
• Experienced in reviewing and tracking contracts, amendments, and Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) filings to ensure regulatory compliance, preferring carrier contracts to ensure the lowest transportation costs through negotiated discount rates and developing operational action plans to ensure compliance.
