Job Description

We at Yusen Logistics (I) Pvt. Ltd. are looking for Deputy Manager Quality, Gurugram. Desired Candidate Profile - Must have 5 plus years of experience working in Warehousing/Contract Logistics Environment in QA profile. Six Sigma Certification is a must. Well versed with ISO 9001:2015. Prepare and use of SOPs in all departments as per the laid down procedures. Responsible for online and facility audits of QC and warehouse Monitor adherence to various laid down procedures in receipt, storage, testing, processing and dispatch of products. Responsible for the retrieval of documents as and when required and ensure that current version of documents are available at work place. Daily Tracking In process and Final Inspection Audit Results. Daily Tracking of 5S Results. Implementation of Quality Management System (5S, SOP, 8 Waste, Kaizen, 5 Why analysis, FMEA, ISO Compliance) Provide Training to the Operators Documentation of all the Reports. Achieve KPI Results on Weekly and Monthly basis Customer Compliant Handling and Provide Problem Response Report on time Internal and External Auditing Involve in Continuous Improvement Activity EHS audit Weekly basis and make the Report same
