Job Description

The Executive Warehouse Operations is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. This role plays a critical part in managing inventory, optimizing workflow, ensuring safety and quality standards, and supporting overall supply chain efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits. Ensure proper documentation and labeling of goods in accordance with company and regulatory standards. Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to manage inbound and outbound shipments. Oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment and machinery. Enforce health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Train and support warehouse staff; ensure compliance with operational standards. Monitor warehouse performance metrics and suggest improvements. Coordinate with customer service and sales teams to address and resolve order or delivery issues. Assist in the implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS) and process improvements.
