Key Responsibilities Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components and finished products. Use precision instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, height gauges, and other mechanical measurement tools. Interpret and apply engineering drawings , technical specifications , and GD&T standards . Prepare and maintain inspection reports , test records, and non-conformance documentation . Coordinate with production and design teams to resolve quality issues. Assist with mechanical testing (e.g., tensile strength, torque, dimensional verification). Follow and maintain GMP and medical device documentation practices . Requirements B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering . 1 to 2 years of experience in QC/QA in a manufacturing or medical device company. Proficient in use of mechanical measuring instruments . Knowledge of quality inspection procedures , GD&T , and ISO 13485 or ISO 9001 . Good understanding of engineering drawings , tolerances, and specifications. Strong documentation and communication skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word .
