Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components and finished products.
Use precision instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, height gauges, and other mechanical measurement tools.
Interpret and apply engineering drawings, technical specifications, and GD&T standards.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test records, and non-conformance documentation.
Coordinate with production and design teams to resolve quality issues.
Assist with mechanical testing (e.g., tensile strength, torque, dimensional verification).
Follow and maintain GMP and medical device documentation practices.

Requirements

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
1 to 2 years of experience in QC/QA in a manufacturing or medical device company.
Proficient in use of mechanical measuring instruments.
Knowledge of quality inspection procedures, GD&T, and ISO 13485 or ISO 9001.
Good understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, and specifications.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,471.29 - ₹54,888.90 per month
