(supervisory responsibilities)

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase goods, materials, and services in accordance with company policies and procedures

• Research and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness

• Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and other contractual arrangements with suppliers

• Prepare and issue purchase orders, contracts, and other documentation

• Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and preferences

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure continuity of supply

• Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments to ensure best practices in purchasing.

Qualifications and Experience : Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Textiles, BE or B. TechMinimum

Experience 3+ Years

Industry preference:FMCG, FMCD & Manufacturing

Skills: SAP, MIS, Advance Excel
