Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Team Lead to drive the successful implementation of Salesforce by coordinating across internal business units, IT teams, and the external implementation partner. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce project delivery and strong stakeholder management capabilities. Key Responsibilities Lead Salesforce implementation efforts, ensuring alignment between business goals, IT requirements, and partner delivery. Act as the primary liaison among internal teams and the Salesforce partner. Manage project timelines, risks, and milestones; ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. Review functional specs, validate solution design, and oversee UAT and go-live support. Support change management, training, and post-implementation adoption. Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 6+ years of experience in enterprise software or CRM project management. 3+ years in Salesforce implementation leadership roles. Strong understanding of Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) and business processes. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Certifications Salesforce Administrator / Consultant PMP / Scrum Master
