IT Project Manager Lead

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Project Leadership:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for web and software development initiatives.
• Oversee technical teams working with Laravel, Python, React.js, and related frameworks.
• Ensure architecture and development best practices are followed.

• Agile & Scrum Execution:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
• Convert business requirements into user stories, sprint tasks, and acceptance criteria.
• Track project velocity, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of sprints.

• Team & Stakeholder Coordination:

• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to clients and stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

• Quality & Process Assurance:

• Manage CI/CD workflows, coordinate releases, and ensure deployment stability.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team performance.

• Technical Oversight & Support:

• Provide guidance on system integration, API development, database design, and performance optimization.
• Support backend and frontend development teams with technical decisions and problem-solving.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred).

• Experience:

  10+ years in project management within software development, with hands-on technical experience in backend and frontend technologies.

• Technical Skills:

• Backend:

  Laravel (MVC, Eloquent, Queues, API development), Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask), SQL/MySQL, REST/JSON APIs.

• Frontend:

  React.js (hooks, state management, Redux), ES6+, UI frameworks (Material-UI, Tailwind).

• Tools:

  Git, Webpack, Docker, CI/CD tools, JIRA, Confluence.

• Database Design & Management

  , system integration, and cloud platform familiarity (AWS/Azure) is a plus.

• Project Management Skills:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP preferred.
• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.

• Soft Skills:

  Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience in ERP or digital transformation projects is advantageous.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
