Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end hiring and close open positions within 30 days.
Lead campus hiring initiatives, internships & placement programs.
Conduct employee connect sessions to address challenges & build trust.
Lead onboarding, induction & monthly engagement activities.
Support PMS cycle—goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
Help create performance improvement plans when required.
Handle resignation acknowledgments, documentation, and exit interviews.

We’re Looking For

2–4 years of HR experience
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employment laws.
Ability to manage employee relations.
Passionate about people, culture, and HR processes.
