Title: Release/DevOps Technical Specialist (Salesforce)

Experience Required: Minimum 8+ years

Location: Pan India-Hybrid

Notice Period: 0-30 Days

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute daily release and deployment activities across multiple Salesforce environments.
• Manage and monitor CI/CD pipelines in Copado, ensuring smooth and error-free deployments.
• Utilize Copado for release management, version control, and deployment automation.
• Enforce DevOps best practices including code quality checks, branching strategies, and rollback procedures.
• Collaborate with project teams, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and successful releases.
• Maintain release calendars, documentation, and deployment logs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues in collaboration with development and support teams.
• Ensure compliance with governance and audit requirements related to release processes.
• Continuously improve release processes and tools to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications Mandatory:

• Copado (Advanced proficiency in release management, branching, promotions, and back promotions)
• Salesforce Platform (Admin and Dev understanding)
• CI/CD Tools (Copado CI/CD, GitHub, GitHub Actions)
• Version Control Systems (Git, Bitbucket, GitHub)
• Experience with Quality Control tools (like SonarQube, PMD etc.)
• Deployment Automation
• Release Planning & Coordination
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Additional Technical Skills:

• SFDC (Salesforce Platform)
• Metadata API, Change Sets, and Unmanaged/Managed Packages
• Monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, or similar)
• JIRA, Confluence, and other project tracking tools

Certifications (Preferred):

• Copado Fundamentals I & II
• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
