Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance with the goal of expanding our company's market share. His collaborative nature will help him succeed when coordinating with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams.

Industry Needed - Only HVAC, Air Filters , Filteration

Role priorities

Drive sales strategies, develop key client relationships, and expand market share.

Collaborate with Customers Service, Projects & Application, Engineering
and manufacturing to ensure business requirements are met.• Communicating and collaborating with Sales Head OR Management on requirements of local business to ensure continues business stability and growth.• Follow standard work prescribed in the sales play book.• Grow new customers and expand existing customer business.• Prepare offers, technical discussions, negotiations, follow up on enquiries.• Consistent track record of achieving sales targets in a highly dynamic environment.• Responsible to develop new distributors and manage the sales for the distributors in the Area.
