Job Description

Required Skills (Must-Have)

Proficiency in
C/C++
Strong hands-on development experience with
PCM/PCP
Expertise in
SQL and PL/SQL
Experience with
scripting languages
such as Shell, Perl, or Python
Deep understanding of
Oracle BRM architecture
, including CM, DM, policy frameworks, and
BRM schema
Strong practical experience across key BRM modules such as Billing, Invoicing, Pricing, Usage/Pipeline, and Subscription
Ability to design, code, test, and troubleshoot BRM opcodes, policies, and pipeline configurations
Ability to complete hands-on BRM development tasks as part of the interview evaluation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for debugging BRM internals and performance issues

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

Java development experience for integrations, utilities, and API-based interactions
Experience with
Apigee
or similar API gateway platforms
Knowledge of cloud-based BRM deployments (such as OCI)
Familiarity with Visa migration ecosystems or large-scale billing transformation projects
Exposure to Agile development practices and CI/CD pipelines

Commitment to delivering maintainable, high-performance billing solutions
