Hiring For Oracle BRM Developers

Position Overview

The Oracle BRM Developer will play a key role in delivering enterprise-scale Billing and Revenue Management enhancements supporting the Visa migration initiative and ongoing BRM transformation efforts. The role requires strong technical depth across BRM modules, coding expertise in BRM-specific technologies, and the ability to design, build, and optimize BRM solutions in a high-performance environment.

Candidates must have 5-10 years of hands-on BRM development experience and be capable of executing real BRM development tasks independently, including policy opcode development, pipeline configuration, billing customizations, invoicing enhancements, and troubleshooting complex BRM issues.

Required Skills (Must-Have)

• Proficiency in

  C/C++

• Strong hands-on development experience with

  PCM/PCP

• Expertise in

  SQL and PL/SQL

• Experience with

  scripting languages

  such as Shell, Perl, or Python
• Deep understanding of

  Oracle BRM architecture

  , including CM, DM, policy frameworks, and BRM schema
• Strong practical experience across key BRM modules such as Billing, Invoicing, Pricing, Usage/Pipeline, and Subscription
• Ability to design, code, test, and troubleshoot BRM opcodes, policies, and pipeline configurations
• Ability to complete hands-on BRM development tasks as part of the interview evaluation BRM schema
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for debugging BRM internals and performance issues

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• Java development experience for integrations, utilities, and API-based interactions
• Experience with

  Apigee

  or similar API gateway platforms
• Knowledge of cloud-based BRM deployments (such as OCI)
• Familiarity with Visa migration ecosystems or large-scale billing transformation projects
• Exposure to Agile development practices and CI/CD pipelines
