Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls from leads and onboard customers to keep them connectedEngage customers in meaningful conversations after making the appointments to understandWhat brought them to usTheir health goals and concernsTheir current lifestyle diet and fitness habitsEducate customers about our products and services recommending and reviewing blood tests reports personalized diet consultations lifestyle advice and customized nutraceutical stacksProvide basic nutritional counseling and diet plans as per individual profilesSuggest appropriate product stacks or assist in customizing products to fit customer needsAddress any queries doubts or confusion related to health nutrition and our offeringsMaintain accurate and confidential records of all customer interactions and updates in the systemUse CRM tools to track follow ups manage call logs and update customer detailsDesign pitch and systems for working and reportingCollaborate with marketing and sales team to improve lead conversion and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Bachelors degree or diploma in Nutrition Dietetics or Health Sciences or related fieldOne to two years of experience inNutrition or health consultationsSales or customer engagement in a healthcare or wellness brandStrong understanding of nutritional supplements blood tests and basic diagnosticsExcellent verbal communication skills in English and regional language if applicableComfortable with consultative selling and guiding users toward the right productFamiliarity with CRM tools and customer tracking systemsStrong in follow ups empathy and building trust with clients

Bonus Skills

Knowledge of nutraceutical product formulationCertification in functional nutrition or lifestyle medicineExperience in using tools like HubSpot Zoho CRM or similar
