Job Description:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT positions across departments like Production, Maintenance, Quality, Purchase, Stores, Supply Chain, and more.
• Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, networking, and social media.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment MIS reports and dashboards for daily/weekly/monthly updates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
• Strong understanding of various technical and functional roles in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), social media, and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple mandates simultaneously.
