Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Business Analyst with extensive experience in Project Operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE and its application in managing project-based environments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that our Project Operations align with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Project Operations within Dynamics 365 CE. Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications, ensuring alignment with Dynamics 365 capabilities. Design and implement efficient processes and workflows to enhance project management, resource allocation, and financial tracking within the system. Conduct system configuration, customization, and integration of Dynamics 365 CE to support project operations. Develop and execute testing strategies, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate system functionality and performance. Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of the Dynamics 365 CE platform. Monitor and evaluate project performance metrics, recommending improvements to optimize resource utilization and project outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated on Dynamics 365 CE enhancements. Assist in project planning, budgeting, and forecasting, leveraging Dynamics 365 data for decision-making. Maintain documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. 3- 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 CE, particularly in Project Operations. Proven experience in project management methodologies and tools. Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules, especially related to Project Operations, Resource Management, and Financial Management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, including Power BI and Excel. Knowledge of industry best practices in project management and operations. Preferred Skills: Dynamics 365 CE certification(s). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices. Experience with other Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power Platform, Azure).
