Job Description

Role & responsibilities Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote gold loan services in assigned areas. Conduct regular customer visits , market activations, and liaise with potential customers and local influencers. Organize and manage roadshows, kiosk activities, and community events . Distribute marketing collateral like leaflets, banners, and posters in high-visibility areas. Identify high-potential areas for gold loans based on local demographics and economic activity. Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and ROI. Provide product knowledge training, pitch development, objection handling, and field etiquette coaching to branch staff. Track key performance indicators such as leads generated, footfalls to branches, conversions, and campaign costs. Key Skills & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of field marketing experience, preferably in financial services or NBFCs . Strong local market knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills. Proven track record in lead generation and customer acquisition.
