We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in driving effective campaigns and lead management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with company marketing and sales processes, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CRM tools to help coordinate, track, and measure marketing initiatives.

Requirement:
o Looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing & Sales Coordinator with experience range of 0-3yr years to support our marketing and sales processes.
o Must have good overall understanding of the sales lifecycle starting from marketing and leads generation to leads distribution, management and closures, preferably of an IT company.
o Must have experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders including customers, vendors, sales and marketing teams and senior management personnels
o Must have excellent communication skills and good learnability to quickly learn as well as handle multiple diverse topics.
o Hands on experience working on CRM tools to help coordinate, track, and measure marketing initiatives and leads management cycle.
o Having past hands-on experience in activities like Emails Marketing, Cold Calling, Digital Marketing, Core Business Development etc will be a plus and given advantage.
o Ability to lead multiple parallel loops and ensure individual as well as team compliance as per company’s defined processes and protocols.
o Having relevant certifications will be a plus.
o Must have consistently good academic records and consistency in educational/work background.
Job Responsibilities:
o Coordinate with data mining and marketing teams to ensure effective data/leads mining.
o Distribute leads to sales personnel and track the end-to-end leads cycle.
o Assist in planning and executing digital, social media, email, and event campaigns and do necessary internal reviews.
o Manage marketing calendars aligned with company goals.
o Coordinate with various teams within the organization and present the consolidated status to the management.
o Monitor and administer the CRM usage within the team along with bridging the gap between sales team and CRM tech team to ensure effective support and timely updates.
o Train new sales and marketing team members on Organizational Sales & Marketing processes and corresponding protocols.
o Be a part of sales and marketing reviews and track the action items and agreed sales plans to closure.
o Track the sales targets as per Organizational Sales Closing cycles and timely highlight the deviations.
o Work closely with management team and present the MIS Reports and Stats of sales efforts.
o Monitor the day-to-day reporting protocols of sales staff and do the audits to ensure the organizational compliance as per company expectations.
Eligibility:
o A Master's degree preferably a MBA in Marketing & Finance .
0-3 years of experience in Marketing or Sales coordinator.
