Hiring For IT Recruiter (Domestic Staffing)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier IT talent across a wide range of technologies. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT landscape, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions at all levels.

Responsibilities:

• Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management:

• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various IT roles.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings through various methods, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and technical assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Extend and negotiate job offers.
• Conduct background checks and onboarding processes.

• Technical Sourcing and Screening:

• Utilize online job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri) and other sourcing tools to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Proficiently screen candidates based on technical skills in:
• PHP
• Java
• .NET
• API Testing
• Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.)
• Database knowledge (SQL, NoSQL)
• Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Evaluate candidates' technical abilities and experience to ensure alignment with job requirements.
• Stay up to date with the newest technology trends.

• Communication and Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
• Effectively communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Position Closure:

• Confidently manage the recruitment process for lower, middle, and higher-level IT positions.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully closing open positions within established timelines.
• Negotiate salaries and benefits packages.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of the IT industry and various technical roles and technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using online job portals and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A proven track record of successful placements.
• A bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Boolean search techniques.
• Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
• Experience with social media recruiting.
