Hiring For International Voice Process for a TOP MNC at Gurgaon

About the Role:

We are seeking talented and customer-focused individuals to join our international voice process team for a top MNC company. As a voice process executive, you will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Experienced:

    Minimum 1 year of experience in a voice process or customer service role from a recent BPO Company

Salary: 29,000 - 38,000 per month (in-hand) + Incentives , cab and allowances

5 days working with Sat & Sun fixed off

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
