What You'll Do:

Speak directly with international customers via inbound/outbound calls.
Provide clear, professional support on products, services, and account-related queries.
Resolve customer issues with patience, empathy, and accuracy.
Keep records of customer interactions and follow standard operating procedures.
Meet or exceed performance targets including quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Who You Are:

Excellent English communication skills
(neutral or international accent preferred).
Confident, proactive, and customer-focused.
Able to work night shifts and manage high-pressure situations calmly.
Quick learner with basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Previous BPO or call center experience is a plusbut
freshers are welcome
too!
