Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls and provide exceptional customer service for Verizon telecom services.
Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve billing or service-related queries efficiently.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
Ensure first-call resolution and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Adhere to quality standards and meet daily performance metrics.
Work in a fast-paced, target-driven international voice support environment.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:
1 years in international voice process / telecom support preferred.
Education:
Freshers( must be a graduate )
Experienced candidate (UG with experience is a must minimum 1 year (Any Stream); Freshers may apply. (Communication has to be excellent)
Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English (Mandatory).
Strong problem-solving ability and customer-centric mindset.
Comfortable with rotational night shifts.
Willingness to work from the office (Koramangala location).
