  • Document chat interactions and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
  • Adhere to company guidelines, policies, and customer service standards.
  • Collaborate with international teams to address cross-border customer needs.
  • Keep updated with product knowledge, company updates, and market trends.
  • Work flexible shifts to accommodate different time zones.

  • B.TECH ,B.E, B.Sc, Any Post Graduation fresher are not eligible.
