Education:
Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience:
Minimum
1 year of international voice process experience
(mandatory)
Excellent
verbal communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
Willingness to work in
US rotational shifts
Immediate joiners only

Role & Responsibilities:

Handle
inbound/outbound international customer calls
Resolve queries efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction
Adhere to
SLA, quality, and compliance standards
Update CRM systems with accurate interaction records
Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and solutions
