  nd-to-End Recruitment:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for BPO roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.

• Sourcing Candidates:

• Utilize job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other sources to identify suitable candidates.

• Candidate Screening:

• Conduct preliminary telephonic/video interviews to assess candidates suitability for the role and company culture.

• Stakeholder Coordination:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and ensure alignment of hiring needs.

• Database Management:

• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment tracking systems regularly.

• Market Research:

• Stay updated with industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and sourcing techniques.

• Candidate Experience:

• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process..
