About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with founders to support ongoing HR activities and initiatives.
  2. Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative responsibilities.
  3. Liaise with recruitment vendors and partners for hiring requirements.
  4. Manage onboarding process including offer letters, documentation, and joining formalities.
  5. Assist with payroll processing in coordination with the accounts team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 13 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools.
