Job Description

Hiring for HR Recruiter & HR Intern

About the Opportunity:

HR Recruiters

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job description preparation and candidate sourcing.
Screen and shortlist candidates using various channels and tools.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates through the recruitment process to ensure smooth on-boarding.
Maintain recruitment databases and track hiring progress.
Collaborate with the HR team to meet hiring targets.

What We Are Looking For:

Any Graduate / MBA / BBA with excellent communication skills.
Maximum age 29 years.
Female candidates preferred.
0 to 3 years of relevant recruitment or HR experience . (Freshers with passed outs 2024& 2025 are only eligible)

Compensation & Benefits:

HR Recruiter:
18,000 - 25,000 (Take-home) + Incentives + Perks.
HR Intern:
15,000 stipend for first 3 months, increasing up to 20,000 based on performance.
Paid leaves, early logouts, and other employee benefits.
