Job Description

About the Role:

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding).
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through multiple channels job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate and conduct interviews (telephonic, video, and face-to-face).
Ensure an excellent candidate experience at all stages of the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment trackers and generate hiring status reports for management.
Represent the company at career fairs, walk-in drives, and other hiring events.
Stay updated on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
