This role caters to the management of distribution Contracts depot & export business. MIS and coordination of export logistics/documentation to deliver AAK material to customers situated Abroad. Accountable for objectives & key results (OKRs) areas of:
1. Warehouse inventory management.
2. Export documentation.
3. Contract management for Distribution customers
1. Sharing for Daily Sales Report, Stock Reports & Weekly Indents (Forecast).
2. Co-ordination with Depo/Warehouses for their daily activities.
3. Monitoring Depo Stocks, their requirement as per Weekly Forecast.
4. Process timely monthly Claims/Invoices of CNFs with help of Finance Team.
5. Punching Contracts (Sauda), PI in SAP & Samples Orders as per Customer or salesperson requirement & confirm the same.
6. Taking Care for New Vendor Creation as per SOP & follow up for Agreements with them in system.
7. Export documentation as per shipments like (Invoice, Packing List, Draft BL, Checklist)
8. Follow-up for QA Certificates, Health Certificates, COO with Govt entities as per procedure.
9. Co-ordination with Export Customer for sharing BL Copy & other required pre & post shipment documents.
10. Co-ordination with legal & Finance team for documentation.
