We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Shopify/Gorgias Customer Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch customer support.

Roles and Responsibility

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Shopify and Gorgias platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and improve overall satisfaction.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to customers.

Job Requirements
