We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Shopify/Gorgias Customer Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch customer support.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Shopify and Gorgias platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to customers.
