Role & responsibilities: : Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for consistently delivering sales results that are fully aligned with the business segments plans. Job Description: 1. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry. 2. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. 3. Maintains relationships with existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance; new opportunities. 4. Ensures customer satisfaction by constantly tracking and monitoring service levels of the Distributor. Involves travel across India and interacting with local bakers (karigars) 5. Distributor Management. 6. Implement & Execute Marketing & Sales Promotion activities 7. Use Sales Automation tool to report daily market working 8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 9. Track and report competitive market scenario. Preferred candidate profile Graduate/MBA preferable 8-10 years experience in B2B Sales in Food ingredients with experience of selling in Oils & Fats (Bakery, Frozen Deserts, Confectionery and HORECA) Distribution Management Strong Networking & Client Relationships Sales Enthusiast Innovative Energetic & Willing to Travel Target Oriented Sales Planning
